What does "Pending Confirmation" mean?
While Riderly is capable of displaying real-time availability for the dates you select, the local offices not always maintain an up to date status of availability for all the stock in their fleet. As a result, during high travel seasons, or when a booking is short notice, we require double confirmation from the local office to ensure no double-booking takes place. This process usually takes 3-4 hours, and a maximum of 24hrs.
Once the rental office approves your reservation, you will receive an email to let you know everything is confirmed.
You are also able to verify this on your account, under upcoming reservations.
In the unlikely event that your reservation request is rejected, you will also be notified by email, and a full refund will be immediately and automatically processed.
If after 24 hours you have not yet received a confirmation email, or the status is still showing as "pending" in your account, please contact the Riderly team as soon as possible and we will be happy to get this resolved for you.
