# Am I guaranteed to get the same bike model I reserved?

Yes, you are, but also, life happens... 

Our rental partners always try their best to provide the same year and model motorcycle you booked. However in the rare event of your selection not being available they do reserve the right to provide you with an alternative motorcycle of similar size, year, model and price. 

Some of our rental partners offer a "Bike Model Guaranteed" add-on which absolutely guarantees you get the exact model you booked. 🙂
