How can I make changes to my reservation?

If you created a riderly account during checkout, you can login to your account and to your upcoming bookings page. If you don't have an account, you can request a password reset to the email you used on the booking.

There you will be able to view all your upcoming reservations, click on the desired booking and you will have an option to modify your reservation.

Modify Booking

You have the following options:

Request to change dates
Request to change times
Request to change delivery location (if applicable)
Request a cancellation
Submit a special request
