# How long for the security deposit to be refunded?

The security deposit is managed by the local rental office in accordance to the contract you sign when collecting the vehicle. At the end of the rental, the local office will release the security deposit and it usually will settle back in your account within 5 to 10 working days depending on your card/banking institution.
