What happens in case of COVID cancellation issues

One of the main things we pride ourselves in, is our flexibility and understanding with customers around the COVID situation.

We know that issues arising from COVID cannot be planned or predicted so in case of cancellations caused by positive tests, sudden travel restrictions and similar, we will always try to sort out the solution and provide a refund even if the cancellation is outside of our standard policy.

Please note you might be required to provide named proof of a positive PCR test in the event of cancellation due to quarantining
