Can I add an additional driver?

In most cases you can! You are able to view if this option is available (either free or as an extra) by scrolling down to the "addons" section of the motorbike you are viewing. This can change from motorcycle to motorcycle, so make sure before placing a booking that the option is actually available.

If you cannot see the option listed anywhere, then that is not allowed for that motorcycle
