# What happens after I make a reservation?

Once you book a motorcycle and your payment is completed our local partner will receive the details of your reservation. 
It usually takes a couple of hours to review and confirm your booking, we do that to avoid over-bookings specially in high season. 
Once the reservation is accepted you will get a voucher with "Order status: Accepted" which means that your booking was successful and the motorcycle will be waiting for you. 

In the rare event your reservation is declined, you will be immediately informed by email, and a full refund will be immediately issued to your account. .
