What is the cancellation policy?

It depends on the motorbike in question, since not all of our offices have the same conditions. There are 4 cancellation policies on Riderly:

Free cancelation

Up to 48 hours before: 100% refunded

Flexible

Up to 7 days before: 100% refunded

Strict

Up to 15 days before: 100% refunded

Non-refundable

15 days or more: 0% refunded

The cancellation policy will be clearly stated in the motorcycle details page, the checkout page, and on your rental voucher after booking.

Rental Conditions Example

Before requesting cancellation, make sure to check the policy for your booking. Once the cancellation within the refund period is completed, the refund will be issued immediately. It usually takes between 3-10 days for the funds to settle back in your account depending on you card provider.
