How long does it take to receive my refund?

Refunds for online payments usually take between 1 to 10 working days to settle in your account, this process depends on your card provider and/or banking institution.

If more that 10 days have elapsed and the transaction has not reverted, or the refund is not back in your account, please escalate it with our customer support team.
