What is the cancellation policy?
It depends on the motorbike in question, since not all of our offices have the same conditions. Refunds for online payments usually take between 1 to 10 working days to settle in your account, this process depends on your card provider and/or banking institution. If more that 10 days have elapsed and the transaction has not reverted, or the refund is not back in your account, please escalate it with our customer support team.Few readersWhat happens in case of COVID cancellation issues
One of the main things we pride ourselves in, is our flexibility and understanding with customers around the COVID situation.
