What happens after I make a reservation?
Once you book a motorcycle and your payment is completed our local partner will receive the details of your reservation.
It usually takes a couple of hours to review and confirm your booking, we do that to avoid over-bookings specially in high season.
Once the reservation is accepted you will get a voucher with "Order status: Accepted" which means that your booking was successful and the motorcycle will be waiting for you.

While Riderly is capable of displaying real-time availability for the dates you select, the local offices not always maintain an up to date status of availability for all the stock in their fleet. As a result, during high travel seasons, or when a booking is short notice, we require double confirmation from the local office to ensure no double-booking takes place. This process usually takes 3-4 hours, and a maximum of 24hrs.

If you created a riderly account during checkout, you can login to your account and to your upcoming bookings page. If you don't have an account, you can request a password reset to the email you used on the booking.
There you will be able to view all your upcoming reservations, click on the desired booking and you will have an option to modify your reservation.
