Our rental partners always aim to provide you with a full tank of petrol. However this might not always be possible, especially during the high season, when there are very short vehicle turnaround times. Having said that, you will always have enough fuel to get you to the nearest petrol station! Some local offices offer rental addons which guarantee a full tank upon collection, if this is available, it will be displayed on the addons section for the motorbike you viewing.

Normally, repairing flat tyres is at the responsibility of the driver. However the first thing to do is to contact the local rental agency. They will be able to guide you and put you in touch with the recovery services and/or arrange for someone to come and help you.
